For three days, the Hexa Consulting team gathered in Sesimbra for a dedicated moment of strategic alignment, knowledge sharing and team connection.

Under the theme "Let's Talk About", the objective was simple but meaningful, to create space for conversations about what truly matters. The challenges we face, the opportunities we see, the ideas we want to develop and the topics that often get postponed in the pace of day-to-day operations.

In a market defined by constant change, it is easy to focus exclusively on execution. However, we believe that strong teams are not built solely through processes, targets or action plans. They are built through honest conversations, active listening, alignment and trust.

Throughout these three days, we had the opportunity to reflect on the future of Hexa Consulting, strengthen our collective knowledge and align priorities for the challenges ahead. There was also time to reinforce collaboration through a team-building experience organised by Immersis, where leadership, communication, decision-making and execution under pressure were at the heart of the challenge.

More than a team event, this gathering reflects a clear commitment to what we believe is essential for Hexa’s continued growth, aligned people, strong relationships and a culture capable of evolving as we grow.
